Amada EML 2515 AJ

Our Amada EML 2515 AJ combines high-speed fiber laser cutting and CNC punching into a single automated system, allowing EPOCS to produce complex sheet metal parts faster, more accurately, and with fewer secondary operations. By combining forming, tapping, punching, part marking, and fiber laser cutting in one machine, we reduce handling time, improve consistency, and shorten lead times for our customers.

Equipped with the NT ASR 6-Shelf Automation System, this fully automated setup supports lights-out manufacturing, fast material changeovers, and efficient high-volume production while maintaining tight tolerances and repeatable quality. The fiber laser technology delivers clean edges, precision detail, and efficient processing across a wide range of materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, titanium and some plastics) and part geometries.
